Formed in 2019, Ampla Technologies is a New York-based financial technology company that provides financing to consumer-facing small-to-medium businesses. In late December 2021, Ampla Technologies raised US$ 40 million in Series A funding. VMG Partners and Forerunner Ventures co-led, and were joined by insiders Core Innovation Capital.
In October 2021, Ampla Technologies raised US$ 250 million through its entry into a credit facility agreement with Atalaya Capital Management LP, a New York-based alternative asset management firm.
