¯ Braedon Franklin, 19, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and trespass. Troopers responded Tuesday to Jamestown for a trespass complaint. An investigation found that Franklin allegedly drove onto a property, past “no trespassing” signs and became stuck, causing extensive damage to the property. Franklin is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court later.

¯ RIPLEY — Scott A Walker, 42, of Ripley, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, four counts of second-degree harassment and trespass. Deputies responded at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday to Route 20 in Ripley for a reported altercation. It was learned that Walker allegedly engaged in an altercation with several people, including a woman who had a valid order of protection in place. A warrant was issued, and deputies conducted a warrant check. Walker was later taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ STOCKTON — John L. Straight, 72, of Cassadaga, was charged with moving from lane unsafely, unsafe turn, improper right turn at intersection, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:50 p.m. on Dec. 17 on Stockton-Hartfield Road in Stockton. An investigation found that Straight was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.
¯ ELLERY — William T. Burk, 58, of Bemus Point, was charged with moving from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:47 p.m. on Dec. 17 on Route 430 in the town of Ellery. An investigation found that Burk was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.
¯ WESTFIELD — Braedon D. Franklin, 19, of Jamestown, was charged with speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from lane unsafely and driving while intoxicated by combination of drugs and alcohol. Deputies responded at 11:51 p.m. Dec. 18 to a crash on Sherman-Westfield Road in the town of Westfield. An investigation found that Franklin was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated with the combination of drugs and alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Town Court later. No injuries were reported.
