CUSCADEN JOINS PFEIFER REALTY GROUP TEAM
The Pfeifer Realty Group announced that Realtor KC Cuscaden has joined the team.
A Florida native who visited her grandparents on Sanibel before the Causeway was built, she made Sanibel her home in 1987 and began selling real estate in 2002.
Cuscaden has served two terms on the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors, as well as being on numerous committees. It was at that time that she came up with the idea of the Sanibel Captiva Island specialist training for agents as she saw the need for agents to be educated on the unique aspects of selling property on the islands.

SCCF EARNS 4-STAR RATING FROM CHAIRTY NAVIGATOR
The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation has attained the highest designation — a 4-star rating — from Charity Navigator for demonstrating strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.
The SCCF is one of eight environmental nonprofits in Florida to receive the rating.
Approximately one-quarter of rated charities receive the distinction, according to Charity Navigator. It helps donors make giving decisions by providing in-depth objective ratings and analysis of the financial health, accountability and transparency of charities.
Charity Navigator announced on Dec. 1 that it had awarded the SCCF the 4-star rating.
