The Dallas Cowboys announced a partnership Wednesday with digital currency platform Blockchain.com in what’s billed as the NFL’s first crypto deal.
The partnership makes Blockchain.com the “exclusive digital asset partner” of the team. The announcement came from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Blockchain.com co-founder and CEO Peter Smith.
The deal will provide branding and advertising opportunities for Blockchain.com, as well as club space inside AT&T Stadium, rights to social and digital integration, signage and TV, radio and digital rights.
“Blockchain.com is one of the oldest and most trusted digital asset platforms in the world,” Jones said in a statement. “They are bringing Wall Street to Main Street by making digital assets available to anyone, anywhere in the world.”
